A LEAN BOOTS-ON-THE-GROUND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION COMMITTED TO DIRECT HELP FOR WAR-TORN UKRAINE

The KLYN Foundation provides critical help to communities affected by war. We focus on direct aid, care of the displaced, and community rebuilding. We take on limited projects to ensure maximum efficacy and are committed to long term transparency. The KLYN Foundation is a fiscal sponsoree of University Impact, a 501(c)3 and all donations are tax deductible.
Our current focus is providing resources and financial assistance to some of the ten million displaced people of Ukraine and the hundreds of thousands of heroic citizens protecting their people and land from Russia’s genocidal campaign.
We have dedicated teams in Ukraine right now identifying the needs the situation calls for. They provide hot meals and necessities to those fleeing conflict. Additionally, we maintain supply lines from the West to Ukraine to deliver life-saving equipment and humanitarian assistance. Our developed network allows us to procure and transport supplies directly where they are most needed. Because we are Ukrainian-led, we have been developing relationships for decades all over the country.

CURRENT FOCUSES

Medical Supplies for Doctors and Medics on the Front Lines

Everyday we feed 30-70 displaced Ukrainians fleeing violence in the East. We help feed and house as many as we can before the women and children leave their husbands and fathers to find refuge in Europe and beyond.

Our team is committed to addressing the most pressing needs. Our mostly Ukrainian volunteers work closely with local community leaders to identify and serve needs.

Guiding Principles

STEWARDSHIP AND ACCOUNTABILITY:
Any donation made to KLYN will go directly into the relief efforts outlined in our mission. All administrative and overhead costs are covered by private donations so 100% of your donations will provide direct aid to those most in need.

We will maximize the value of your contributions as we aim for efficacy in all of our spending. We ensure funds are spent on only the most pressing needs.

In war-torn areas, donations flood in but donors may never know how their dollars are dispersed. We commit to transparency and will regularly share spending and relief reports for our current projects.

We value your trust in us, and so we promise to keep confidential the identity of all donors. In managing these funds we aim to be transparent in our communication and cost-effective in our spending.

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY:
KLYN uses 100% of its donations for direct aid projects. We will solicit private donations to cover administrative costs and other overhead as needed. To use our funds as effectively as possible, we are judicious in our spending and strict in our accounting. All purchases are reviewed by our managing team.

FUNDING:
As a 501(c)3 charitable organization, KLYN
accepts funding from private and public sources, including individuals, foundations, corporations, and governments. We will not accept any funding, however, that would entail or imply the compromising of the principles of our organization.
